Arbys food is great and with the coupons that you get once a month in the mail it’s the best deal in fast food. Also the best food!!! The employees are great too , every fast food on central ave near me in CH is terrible. 95% of the time they forget something or make your burgers all sloppy or are rude and half the time you get some nasty food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour or 2 and also sometimes they will double fry old cold fries

Would’ve been 5 stars but I was missing my Aus Jus sauce with my French DIP. It’s not close to go get it 🙁 food was still good but not the same without that. Customer service is usually bomb here too! I’ll be back.

Got screwed again. Messed up my order. Called one location that said they would give me a full refund but turns out it wasn’t the location i bought the food from. They said they would refund just the one meal and not the entire order. No other options given. Wasted my time and my money and when i asked if i’m just going to get screwed they just said yes.

Sad that ppl work jobs they HATE and then share that nasty energy with their customers. I’ll pray for you. Very unwelcoming, and rude…hope you get a job that you can enjoy and smile at and share that energy instead. I won’t return. New bourban sliders “processed” rib n chicken, were both fed to the dogs. 1 bite of each was more than enough. And i asked to have a strawberry peach lemonade but was told i can’t mix? They use syrup PUMPS so same price, same amt of syrup but i can’t have 1 of SB and 1 peach rather than 2 strawberry but he was more than willing to fill my cup with $2.99 plus tax in ice. Dude at register was SO RUDE and mgr overhears my mix request and goes his out of his way to decline that before serving me 25$ of disgusting food.
