Dined here 11/17/22 at about 11am. Ordered the chicken bacon Swiss. It was far from good. It was cold. The chicken part was super small, the bun was way bigger, and it was mostly super thin. Like almost as thin as the bacon. Very disappointed. On a side note the curly fries were good

Forgot the bourbon bbq sauce on my bourbon bqq roast beef sliders. I don’t know how you forget it when it’s in the name of the item. I’m at the point where my first bite of food is taking place at the drive thru window no matter what. Guess the norm will now to be to ask for extra sauce on any item that has it so whoever makes it can be reminded that it’s there. maybe I’ll do that with every ingredient, actually. Seems to be the only way to guarantee it’s there.

Dine-in and mask free with proper distancing of tables. Good to see some normalcy returning especially to one of my favorite fast food chains. I have always enjoyed their flavorful thin roast beef piled high on a fresh sesame bun and the crispy curl fries. The young lady was very personable but did mess up of our order as my wife order the chicken club wrap but got the chicken pecan salad wrap. My wife went with it but not a fan of fruit mixed with the chicken salad but said it had good flavor. Just nice to be inside enjoying a meal, even if it is fast food.

Wow the drive thru lady was as rude as they come! Date may 19th at 2:55pm. Not the girl on the headset but the one who would hand you the food. Very snappy, complaining about what I ordered, #13 lol some one needs some customer service classes! At her age you’d think she’d know better

I have been to the Cloquet Arby’s location 3 times in 5 years and every time I get sick and throw up. I have been to other locations with no issue so I don’t know what is up. The staff is super nice. The food is fresh and hot and the dining room and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. I really wish that I didn’t get sick when I ate there cause the food tastes delicious.

Slowest fast food place in history. Everytime we’ve gone there thru the drive-thru our wait time is always 30 minutes and that’s with 1 car ahead of us. Myself and many others stopped going to Arby’s. And I’m talking about the one here in Cloquet Mn.

My fiancé ordered and paid for his food, gave his name upon request, sat at the closest table to the counter, and waited for 22 minutes to get his food. He saw many people go through the drive thru and one guy came in WAY after him, ordered food, and got it. So he went to the counter to ask. 22 minutes from the time he ordered passed btw! The lady at the counter said “oh here it is” after it sitting there getting cold for “22 MINUTES”!!!!! She was going to give it to him. Are you serious? At that point he wanted nothing to do with it and left. Paid for food and didn’t get it.
