Drive through only, the lobby was closed. A little frustrating since it was hard to tell until you walked up to the door. However, given the times we live in, not a big surprise. Service was good but seemed a little slow. On the plus side the fries were hot and fresh.

I was sad that the dining room was closed once again. It seems like this is one of the places that’s taken a hit since 2020. It’s not always fully staffed, and sometimes the dining room is closed, as it was yesterday. But the service we got through the drive-thru was excellent. The guy who took our order was so professional and made sure he got our order right.

Love Arby’s and their happy hour is good. Was pretty disappointed though in how gross and unclean it was in the dining area. Didn’t get a pic of all the trash swept under the condiment counter. Couple of the sliders were cold and made ahead, not fresh. Had some very good food also with pretty friendly service. Just wonder how clean the kitchen is if dining area is not thoroughly cleaned? Shake machine was down.

I got the chicken bacon ranch mac and cheese and it was nasty. Asked for arbys sauce for my brothers hot ham and cheese sandwhifh and he didnt even get it. They gave us something different. I will no longer go there food was gross

First and last time ever going to this Arby’s. I should’ve listened to my parents after they had a bad experience just ordering at the drive thru which made them leave without getting their food. My family ordered $30 worth of food today and some was okay but I found a bug floating in one of our lemonades and was completely grossed out. I went up to the drive thru window and asked for a refund for all of our drinks because I don’t know what could have been in any of the other ones. I was met with a rude attitude and the guy who processed the refund said he wasn’t able to give me a receipt I could keep as proof. Don’t go here if you want peace of mind that your food is handled in a clean place.
