Food was absolutely amazing today! The cashier was ok, seen my food on the counter longer than I wanted to (drive thru). But he wasn’t rude, I wasn’t rude. They forgot my fork, but again, no rude interaction between any of us. The girl bagging the food was super pleasant, and when I asked about my fork, “oops, I am so sorry!” And real quick to get it. No snarky attitude.

Sure, I wish it tasted like it used to when it first opened. The meat was a lot better! We had an Arby’s regular sandwich and then the two sliders, one roast beef, and the other one was Buffalo chicken. They tasted fine, except for the bun was cold.

Very disappointed. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches with no lettuce, no tarter sauce. Both had lettuce and tarter. Also took 20 minutes in the drive thru at 2pm on Friday afternoon. I hope this was a 1 time deal or we will have to choose somewhere else.

The curly fries have really gone down hill. Moreso just crispy ends than actual curly fries. But we still love them! We parked right by the door only to find out it was exit only, the actual entrance was by the drive through on the opposite side of the building…not a smart design. The cashier was helpful and entered the order exactly.

If your looking for a good fish sandwich,they have the biggest and the best one compared to all the other fast food joints in littleFalls. And they are fast at making them.didnt have to wait long or pull around the corner and wait for them to run it out.I really hate that when fast food drive up places do that. Quick. Ordered 5 meals for people and everything was correct. Everything was hot and fresh. They ONLY missed ranch but that was partially my own fault. If they ask if you want sauces in the bag, be sure to mention any you asked for again to double check. But, it was perfect! They got the other extra sauces. Didn’t mess anything up. Friendly service.
