The gm there is very rude and not professional in the slightest. She’s mean to her employees and does not care about their mental/physical health or well-being. She should be investigated or put back through training. She is not the role model manager/person that she claims and is a hypocrite to the other managers/employees that work there. Her name is Shelly and works mornings so go during the midday/night to get good service and experience. I’m surprised that place is open while she is running it. If you can call it that.

The lady on the headset and window was cheerful and polite. Food was up to my high expectations from this particular location. It’s their own fault tho, theyve made my orders so well over the years. Not kidding, I think they’ve only made one bad order for me, and by “bad”, the meat was all on one side of my Ruben. Easy fix, moved on LoL

Ordered our food and when we received it and left the food was cold inside. Since we are not from South Dakota and we were traveling we did not return for a refund. The staff that works at that location or very nice and very willing to help so it was not the staff’s fault for say but it was kind of disgusting to get cold food.
