Went during Sturgis Bike week. We got there at 945pm. Ordered and 4 of us got our food in decent time. The last 2 , way way late. They told us we had to eat outside (the 2 had to, not the 4). Found that rude. It’s bike week. Plenty of customers.

Stopped on a road trip. Very nice employees but they were incredibly overwhelmed. Another customer asked for a wipe to clean her table. I’d thought someone would come out and do it for her but instead they gave her a wipe and she kindly wiped hers and multiple other tables because they were all dirty. Order taking was slow and the food coming out was slow but good. Condiment dispenser was either empty (no Arby’s sauce) or messed up. A customer attempted to get ketchup and because the ends weren’t covered correctly on any of them, she squirted it all over her shirt. Employees were told but nothing was done while we were there. Overall not a great impression but they need more help.

Ordered in app. Kept saying preparing order. Went ahead to location and got in drive through to try to get order. Aftet 10 -15 min in drive through told them there to pickup order. She said come inside but I had surgery so trying to keep from walking. When I finally got order had been an hour since charged credit card. Lady at window says it takes so long since so short of workers. By time I got it food cold. So perhaps save everyone some frustration and go someplace else.

This is the only Arby’s in town that I haven’t had issues with staff or my order. They’ve always been courteous and quick. The food has been well prepared and cleanly packaged. Why is this important? Think: kids eating gooey cheddar cheese in the car.

I know they were shorthanded but everyone was working very hard. The food was amazing. They were out of small lids but we got underneath the cabinet and set some lids out for everyone else.

WORST ARBY’S SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. They couldnt have gotten my order any more wrong if they tried. I was on my lunch break, drive thru was taking forever. so i pulled out went inside. which was filthy, the sode machine was full of liquid with no tray so you just had to hold your cup as you filled, otherwise it’d be soaked. after waiting 20 minutes over my lunch break my name was finally called, i grabbed my order and ran out the door needing to get back to work asap as i was already late. open the bag to find no marina with my 6 pc mozz stick (which i had asked for but should be included regardless even though he never asked) that was upsetting, im not eating dry mozz sticks. so i open #2 medium roast beef, or what was supposed to be.. only to find a ham and cheese, disappointed but hungry i tried it. disgusting. this thing was soaking in nasty nacho cheese like substance, there was more cheese than meat. $18 down the drain. DO BETTER.

Horrible service. Ordered here today and got the wrong sandwich. Went in to exchange the sandwich, and lady at the front wanted to argue. Still got the wrong order after exchanging it. Lady at front has no customer service. This was the second time she’s done the same thing. Will not be returning.
