Was there on 7/23/2023 at 8:20 PM. EVERY table had food and was dirty. The floor was dirty with food, napkins, straw wrappers. The trash was full, the condiment area had wrappers, spilled condiments and trash was full there also. I’m a local and have never seen a place this disgusting around here. I was going to say something but they know and just don’t care. If the front is that bad, how is the back where they prepare food? I won’t be back. After my review, I get an auto-reply back from “Owner”. They don’t care the place is gross.

I realize in these times that quality help is hard to find. After a 600 mile road trip I planned to have a beef and cheddar but they ran out of beef before 7pm. So I instead ordered a beef brisket and was charged for a beef brisket meal. Well I got back to my motel room and it was a grilled chicken instead. How you confuse chicken with beef is beyond me. I won’t be back!

Sturgis Arby’s is horrible. Got order wrong refused to give us trays for dine in and lied saying cuz it was app order when everyone’s food in line was bagged also refused vet discount they offered. I really couldn’t believe it

Drove over 100 miles on my motorcycle to grab a bite to eat with my Dad and turns out the dine in lobby is closed. Only the drive thru is open. Extremely disappointed and not interested in dining on my motorcycle.

Man taking our order said sorry no more chicken wraps! they are still posted on the menu. thinking about what I was going to order another girl behind the counter tells me I can make any sandwich into a wrap! Went there on oct. 6, 2021 at 11:22 am. Got a smoked brisket sandwich and my aunt got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Both were really good. Ladonna was very pleasant and nice smile. I would give her a 5. The only reason I only gave it 4 star rating is because both our fries were cold.
