The Manager was very rude and disrespectful for no reason while I’m ordering maybe he was having a bad day but I will not be going their again. ✌ and the food took a long time and was cold. I highly don’t recommend. They need to do better.

I went through drive thru so the atmosphere th it’s just fine. The service was awesome they only had 3 people in the whole you order to the time I drove off it’s <3 minutes so very very good. The food was awesome hot fresh good to go. Even though the stamp were no doubt under a lot of stress they were very nice.

How do I rate Arby’s? What am I comparing it to? Is a fast-food five star the same as a fine dining five star? My meal was exactly what I expected at a price I could afford. The restaurant was near my destination, easy to navigate. I do not usually eat this type of food. As a rule with only a tiny amount of wiggle room, I swore off fast food over a decade ago. This meal was fast and convenient. They did what Arby’s does: serve up the meats. So how can I rate anything less than five stars? #MetExpectations

Overall, food is what you’d expect, staff is friendly and the dining room is clean. Sometimes it can take a while if you have a family of 6 and the drive thru is 3 deep, but it all depends on the time you go. In the Fargo area, this location is the most reliable for being open and not closed due to staffing.

Went through the drive-through and ordered two French dip and Swiss is that automatically come with the Ajou I live get home and I realize that there’s only one Ajou I tried calling Arby’s about 15 times every time they would pick up and hang up pick up and hangup pick up and hang up- so then I drove to Arby’s only to be spoken to very rudely by the manager that they are out of Ajou and that’s why they only gave me one cup. And then says that there’s nothing in that they can do about it. She’s not paying me for a cup of Ajou because it comes with the meal. Very rude not happy not going there again.

Ordered a 2 for 6 classic roast beef combo with no bun. This is what I got x 2. I get that without the bun, it is literally just a pile of meat. At least make the presentation nice. Meat was warm with cold spots and overall looked unappetizing. Tasted better than it looked. 3/10. Might as well skip on ahead.

This was the worst place i have ever worked for. They are disorientated. Very inconsiderate. If they put anything you requested off the sandwich they would nt remake it instead just take if off. What if someone had allergies!?!? THEY HAVE RATS EATING AT THE BREAD! Like a real infestation. They are rude to customers. And do not know how to operate the business. They will refry the fries if they are cold.

Ordered a ham and Swiss melt which is normally a few very thin slices of ham and melted Swiss cheese on a bun. I got 2 thicker slices of ham, cut with the grain instead of against (which dried it out) a slice of cold swiss on a bun. I ate the bottom bun. The crinkle fries were the only thing worth eating. Not impressed at all.
