I ordered two curly fries, a medium coke, and a classic beef and cheddar. I then asked: “Is the orange cream shake worth it? Be honest.” I then got the input of two workers, one said yes and the other said: “I love the shake with chocolate drizzle on it, it’s the only way i’ll have it.” I was convinced, ordered one for myself to try it out! Proceeded to finish the order, got up to the window, and Diana, the worker who gave me the chocolate suggestion, handed it to me herself, I told her “I assume this will be the best shake of my life.” She nodded to me, then handed me two coupons and said “If it isn’t…..” I glanced at them, and read the text ‘Next one’s on us’ out loud. We then discussed how the shake tasted like a Terry’s Chocolate Orange. Diana, you made my experience today, the shake was the best part!

The old man as a excuse of a manager was rude to everyone the whole time I was there including me and my company. Wouldnt let people change up their orders told them to go to the other ones. I have bad teeth so can’t have super cold drinks and wouldn’t make my drink with no ice, completely horrible service and the food was way overcooked.

I have never had a problem with the drive thru. When we went inside mid-afternon I was disapppointed. I don’t see any reason yhat yhe guy taking the order felt that when I Ask for a regular Arby’s, which to me indicates type and size, that he needed to vaerify/ask me if it was a roast beef sandqich that I wanted. Things went down hill from there, except the food was as good as usual. As soon as we were given our bag of food part of the staff stepped to the back. I was surprised at the number of tables and the floor areas that not been been cleaned up after the noon busy period and the garbage outside the door was overflowing. After my husband went into the men’s room he came back out because it was so filthy.

Worked here was never paid for all the hours I put in. When I mentioned it was called a lier by the operations an area manager after I sent them proof. I had to file a complaint with the wage board. Still have yet to be paid two weeks after last pay day an can’t even say for sure they will pay me the money I am owed. Will be calling corpate to address the issues. I made a complaint against the store in billings. I am owed $996 plus another check for $675.
