If I was able to take away Stars I would. These people are the most incompetent restaurant workers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Don’t bother going through drive-thru, you’ll just have to go back inside to get your order fixed anyways. Staff is two stoned to understand what you’re talking about. It hasn’t changed for years.

The lady working the drive thru was nice but the food is always hit or miss and today they missed by a mile. One of the new chicken sandwiches was like the whole bottom was soaked in water, curly fries were cold and gummy which is really astonishing since I went through the drive thru during the lunch rush and my wife’s orange cream shake was brown at the bottom like someone started with chocolate or jamoca and instead of starting over finished making it with the orange. I don’t know what they started the shake with since she doesn’t like either and just threw it out. Absolutely not worth $40 for two combos and a sandwich and we’re tired of being disappointed at this location. We won’t be back.

We got our order thru drive thru and the lady was rude didn’t greet us nor say anything after she handed us our food she just shut the window like bye.. so rude!! Also we didn’t get our sauce the whole point of Arby’s is the signature Arby’s sauce so its disappointing not to get the sauce..

I normally don’t review fast food because most employees don’t seem too thrilled but the Arby’s in Billings Heights just outdid any experience I have ever had at fast food. I ordered my food and once I was done (they were very patient and professional) and I asked if they did a veteran discount. They assured me they did and when I tried to make my purchase at the window not only did they give my dogs chicken nuggets, my meal was covered! They wouldn’t accept my card! I’ve been comped a meal before when I was in uniform on active duty, but that was a great feeling as a 100% disabled veteran. Just moved to my #1 fast food place in town especially with the more fresh, new menu!
