This is a newly built and opened Arby’s chain and it should have pretty high standards as far as wanting customers to return, but I for sure won’t. This was my second visit, the first one was a LOT better and it was right after they opened. I’m guessing the customer service and food quality are no longer important to them. Everything used to look like it came off the menu pictures, now it is just a mess and one was slimy!! I stood at an unoccupied register while workers were milling around, I was one of 3 people in there and the others already had their food, but they were just chit chatting and not caring even though they clearly saw me standing there. Not sure what’s up there anymore, but not going back. Had to throw the slimy sandwich away and tried calling the restaurant several times with no one picking up.

After a long awaited opening by locals, Arby’s on Lee street is finally here! The line wrapped around the corner but it was moving. I grabbed to sandwiches.

1st time I was here the drive thru was so horribly slow, I left the line after 17 mins and no one had taken my order or even acknowledged I was waiting to place an order! The 2nd time i was here, my order was taken quicker however it still took 19 mins from placing my order to paying and receiving the food. I even saw cars behind me leaving the line.

This location is awful. I waited 38 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. Then an additional 13 minutes at the window. “Short staffed” cool then don’t open your location until you have staff! On top of it they got the order completely wrong! Tried again another day and the food smelled terrible the meat didn’t smell right or taste right wasted $30+ of food. Love Arby’s but this location which is brand new is awful!

I was excited to have an Arby’s in the neighborhood. Unfortunately we had bad experiences food was mixed up in our take out order and they’re always running out of certain items also the service we received was very unprofessional they were rude and even whispered and laughed at customers. Which I believe one was even a manager. Smh and food is good when it’s right but yeah very dissapointed with the way this Arby’s is run.

One friendly employee, one slightly rude employee. Out of ketchup and horsey sauce. I watched a customer waiting while a drawer was being counted without even being acknowledged. Not too impressed.

The first week they were open they had a lot of management on the lines. Orders were right & hot. Fast forward till today. They don’t listen when ordering. They charge for things not ordered and the curly fries sucked. Cold & old. Bring back the potato cakes!!!!!

Got the garlic rub eye without the sauce. I wound up getting food poisoning. Threw away the receipt but it the only thing I ate all day and night. Felt like death. Projectile vomiting, heavy sweat and explosive diarrhea. Thanks Des Plaines Arby’s. Maybe I understand now why you don’t answer your phone.
