I love Arby’s, but when I got there I was SUPER disappointed that they got rid of their Ham and Cheese sandwich. That has been a classic for years!!! I think they should bring it back. They have introduced too many new weird menu items. Don’t get rid of the classics. Overall the food is still pretty good!

Haven’t had Arby’s in while. Stopped in not to long ago and I was immediately surprised on how great this team of staff was. I was greated with smiles and hellos. While I was eating I could hear in the background the employees laughing and talking like they actually liked working there. Must explain why the food was good as well. Hot fresh fries and rubin was made perfect. The manager even stopped by my table and asked how everything was.

Went through the drive-through. The girl on duty was SUPER fast and efficient and friendly. I had a Reuben. It was good but not real thick. Definitely not like the commercials. Rather sparse. My fiance had the roast beef. He said it was good, but I thought that it was REALLY small. Also, the fries were not filled to the size of the container. I hate that. If you’re paying for a medium fries, it should BE a medium fries.

After 20 minutes in the drive thru I still had to park and wait in front for my 4 piece nugget meal, and I could hear the gentleman sighing thru the speaker while taking my order. Definitely NOT fast food, and unfortunately the service didn’t make up for it.

We haven’t eaten in an Arby’s in years. We were pleasantly surprised by the food offered and portions. Definitely changed our minds about eating here again.

Went thrift the drive thru. Friendly CS. Had a fairly large order, was food to pull around. We did, waited a few minutes then our order was brought out to us. It was nice and fresh and hot!

The female manager is nuts we could here her yelling all over the store, last visit she was hollerin at a teenager at the counter.Duno what he snag is but she is hurting the biz. food good, super clean store, just need to coach the mgr how to act. wonder how the turnover is?

Went through the drive through. Ordered a meal and the new mac n cheese. Once we paid we were instructed to pull to the front and wait, as it would be a bit for them to cook “something”. I didn’t hear what they said and they just walked away. Pulled to the front and waited more than 5 minutes. I checked the bag that they handed me, and they forgot the fries. My wife went in and they gave her a large fry to make up for the inconvenience. Fine. We drive away and head to an appointment for my wife. Once we’re there, I go to eat the mac n cheese… No fork in the bag. Great… I guess I should have looked for that when I was checking the food. I searched our car for something to eat it with, but came up empty. Had to resort to using my hands, like my 1 year old… At least it was tasty, even if there was not much of it. Probably won’t get that again.

I grew up eating Arby’s from a very young age. My grandma always went to Arby’s and would buy a sack of them, as they would reheat very nicely.

Their burgers are absolut garbage, dry and overcooked. However still have excellent beef sandwiches. Stick to what you know how to do. Oh and bring back potato cakes, please.
