I was immediately welcomed by Nelly who was busy cleaning the dining area. She was attentive and got my order correct. The facility was clean inside and out. The food was hot and fresh and the cinnamon caramel shake was amazing. I have been to this location many times in the past and never disappointed, but tonight’s experience was just top notch. The entire staff greeted me and my son as they were either passing by the counter or taking other orders. Keep up the good work.

Let me tell you something. This place makes the best fresh meals ever. Manager there is so kind and awesome. They even tell you that how long the wait is as well tell you it’s cause your food is being made fresh N Hot! Not like other fast food where they use thr extra food to give out. Best Arby’s ND best kind workers and best Manager that understands you when you have any. Problems with the food. Almost forgot. Best Buffalo sliders ever!

My husband purchased food from the location in Romeoville., The food was not great, and the receipt was for “Lockport Meats”??? No mention of the name “Arby’’s”!!! What legitimate business does this??? The receipt also did not list a phone#!!!! And the Manager would not give me a name!!! Said she didn’t have to give it to me.. Is this what local restaurant businesses are being reduced to??? I am all for supporting local businesses but this is too much!! What happened to real adults being promoted to Managers as opposed to teenagers with very little customer service skills??

Gave them one more chance. My order was repeated back to me correctly, but was incorrect…again. I have not experienced this at other locations. People are friendly. Quick drive thru service. But…consistently I get home with wrong food. I give up. Will still go to Arby’s, just not this one.

First time at this location, trying the fish 2 for 7 fish sandwich. Fish is very good and crispy along with the bread, the tartar sauce is absolutely disgusting though. Please change it.
