DO NOT COME HERE!!! Employees are very rude and very mean. Restaurant is VERY DIRTY! Cash register and floors are dirty. Their hair is EVERYWHERE! They make you wait for nothing as you will end up leaving anyways with nothing, the wrong order/missing items since they will tell you their machine is down or they don’t have enough employees….when there is no one but me there. Avoid!

I went in there with my son and daughter each had there own money my son oreder first then my daughter they we’re not busy at all drive thru had 2 cars and inside 4 custormers my two kids when fiest then the other 2 my daughter receipt said that she place her order at 6:27pm my son had to wait 15min to get his order my daughter’s got her order at 6:57pm and that because i went to tell them that what was going on with my daughter order my son was done with his meal he other 2 custormers had left already and the employee who i asked for my daughters order said to me that i had to wait because they were backed up i told him i’ve been waiting too long all three employees gave me attitude when they were giving me the order they slam the tray on the counter and didn’t say nothing and not only the gave me the wrong order and they got more mad and started calling me name on ther headset to each other i use to come to this arbys but no more they losy a loyal custormer bye.

Amazing customer service! The manager on shift lex made sure I didn’t feel rushed and answered a few menu questions I had. My 8 year old is allergic to various things and the manager explained and showed me how Arbys is one of the few places that we can trust & not have to worry as much. I will definitely come back. We are in loveee with the lemonade.

We were in Orland and stopped here for a quick sandwich. We haven’t been to an Arby’s in a few years. We were pleasantly surprised. Our order was fast, correct and the food was fresh and hot. Th cashier, who also took our order, cleaned tables in between orders. I was happy to see that the place is kept clean. She took the time to ask if we were happy with our meal. We were! Very pleasant lady and a nice experience. We will come back to this restaurant.

I worked for arbys in Orland Park for about 3 months from the beginning it was red flags the owner hired me telling me that I would get paid a certain amount never got that than told me ill be full time 2 week working cut hours every time they gave me feedback I corrected and moved on ….i was shift manager never was trained and the 1 week I worked as a manager every one told me I did great once the gm came back he told me i did a whole 360 im great worker than turn around and said but i gotta lower ur position and pay….if im doing great and i did a whole 360 why am i getting everything cut? He say cause u be on ur phone to much….I politely told him im working nights with 3 kids at home im answering every time they call…but the whole staff including the owner was a bunch of weirdos and i held my composure very well and kept it professional i don’t recommend nobody to work here the whole company just move wrong And unprofessional

I felt that the food could have been made better one of our sandwiches was the Reuben real corn beef and I ask for no sauerkraut and got less then a sandwich also got the chicken bacon swiss and when I opened the sandwich it had nothing but cheese and chicken patty very disappointing
