Last week a young lady, named Rhianna I believe, waited on my granddaughter and I. I was there visiting, and my granddaughter wanted to eat at Arby’s. She was very friendly and patient. My granddaughter had a hard time making up her mind and changed her order once. The young lady made the changes and was very pleasant about everything. The food was exactly what we ordered. The lobby, dining area, and bathrooms were very clean. We stayed for an extended amount of time to eat and talk. Nobody made us feel rushed to leave. Everyone we interacted with that day was great! Thank you for making our visit pleasant.

Next time be a little more courteous when telling a customer you don’t open till 10. It was only 7 min till 10. Pretty sure you were ready enough to make 1 sandwich. So disappointing. Good customer service skills are so hard find. Fast food is turning into a hell hole, overpriced food, ignorant staff and refusing money just because I didn’t realize I was 7 min early. Please do better.

They forgot my drink I guess it’s kind of my fault for leaving without it. cheese sticks still frozen in the middle. At least the employees are nice! A few weeks ago got chiken strips. They used to be awesome but now they are thin fake chiken strips not good at all. Sandwiches seem to get smaller ever time I go too. Very disappointed with this arbys lately.

More than once I have gone to the store and I guess more than once they don’t know how to give good portions of sauce on your sandwiches nor if you asked for a lot of Arby sauce, they give you a handful and when you say you want an Arby’s beef and cheddar Max they give you to regular Arby’s, beef and cheddars with like I said very little sauce. And on top of it very low quality service not really seems like their not happy to deal with people not even willing to say have a good day or anything. And so I will not be getting food from there and maybe I don’t matter as a customer as a person individual but you’re losing money so food for thought

It took 5 minutes to make a Coke Float, REALLY? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No one in front of us either, no excuses. Then the Coke tasted flat to boot. Not going back to this Arby’s. Bathroom could have been cleaner. We like Arby’s so that’s the reason for 2 stars and not 1.
