Ordered for pick up, asked for Arby’s sauce and was told there was in the order. Got home and there was no sauce. Now I have a dry sandwich with no good options for condiments. Arby’s sauce is the best part!

Went here at 12 pm on 7/10/23 I went to get my dad some food. I asked the cashier if I can get my roast beef sandwiches shaved since my 87 year old father has a hard time chewing. The cashier sais no he will not tell the meat slicer to do it. This Arbys shaved the beef for us many times before just like the 1 in Woodridge & NAPERVILLE. I asked for my coupon & left. We will never go to the Downers Grove location again..

Drive in or eat in are my options at Arby’s. There beef was a standard in my teens and I still try to stop by when I see one when out and about. Their beef and cheese uses melted cheese, different than sliced in most restaurants. The combo of their cheese and bread is heavenly in my mouth. Their shakes are wonderful and I love the seasonal choices, orange dream, salted caramel, and currently, cinnamon caramel. The drive through may be busy but it moves smoothly.
