Really Arby’s? I come to this restaurant because is the closest location to my house. We come often because my Autistic kid loves their chicken fingers from this specific chain but is getting worst and worst. This is my 3rd time in this month that they keep giving chicken nuggets in my chicken fingers orders. Today I asked for an order of 3 fingers they give me 1 and 2 nuggets. 2 pieces were very small the size of a nugget. Com’ on. My son got very upset when we got home he opened the bag and saw the size of this 2 pieces. If I wanted o buy nuggets I should’ve ordered nuggets not chicken fingers. Too bad I didn’t checked the bag at the window other wise I would’ve tell them what was that!!

Placed an order through the mobile app, got home and noticed that there were dead ants on the inside of my soda cup lid. Which means they don’t clean their soda fountains. Wonder what else they don’t properly clean. Absolutely disgusting, will not be eating here ever again. If management/owner read this and want the pictures feel free to reach out!

Took nearly TEN minutes for them to get through two cars in the drive through, and after I finally get the the window to pay, I’m still asked to park and wait for my food. Insane. It’s NOT busy, the line is now empty, and I’m just sitting here waiting for a roast beef sandwich and mozz sticks like it’s some gourmet meal. Oh, and the car behind me was ALSO asked to park and wait. There are genuinely no other customers right now.

I am so happy Arby’s brought back their Wygu burger. It was well worth the wait. This location gets mixed reviews because of the lack of employees is hit or miss. The last time I was here, they got my order all wrong. This time, the fries were like warm but tolerable.

Used drive thru. Ordered chicken nugget and curly fries and the Arby’s roast beef sandwich. Love these items! Employees were polite. Food was great! Parking lot needs to be cleaned, parking lot and drive way of garbage had lots of loose garbage. I suppose bcuz close to a 6 lane road. But, I would think general maintenance could be increased??

It’s been 30 minutes to get a 2 for 5 Arby’s melts . There is 5 more cars waiting with me in their parking lot. They keep taking orders but I have yet to see any orders going out and they won’t tell us what’s going on

So disappointing! Sprite tasted like water. They put some weird sauce on my beef and cheese making it inedible! So expensive for food that was so gross! Go elsewhere
