I usually don’t write reviews but when a child’s drink becomes the new regular size drink for an adult combo meal that I paid over 12 dollars something has to give. On top of that my drink was filled full of ice. I understand prices are increasing but don’t short people on little things like this.

I have to come leave a review. The food is consistent and tasty, for sure. Today, I have to come leave a note regarding customer service. Welcoming, personable, and very proficient… Rhonda assisted me today and I could not have been more pleased. As a career retail manager, I have to say that I wish I had staffs full of people like Rhonda. People like this will keep me out of the drive-thru. Thank you all for the great experience.

Came in here yesterday for some lunch. The sandwich was fine but a little bit on the cold side and the curly fries were stale as well as cold. Must have been sitting around for awhile it being I ordered after the lunch crowd. The drink was flat as well. Those curly fries were nasty.

The dark and dingy look of this place says “are you sure you want to go here”. Then when you order food there is no personality of the staff. I have yet to receive fries that were hot EVER. Barely warm at best. When I order a sandwich, the meat is never hot, only warm. The only item that is hot are the jalapeño bites. This place needs an overhaul. The owner needs to stop by to see if it can be salvaged. It’s an embarrassment to Naperville.

Waited in drive-thru for 12 minutes my son walked in to see if our food was ready they didn’t even start it sat there for 18 minutes for cold food hire people that want to do their job spend 30 something dollars there I will be calling for the manager in the morning
