By far this Freeport Arby’s has the most ghetto employees and their all so rude, I can’t believe fast food hires people like this… The store manager is rude, the other managers are rude and ghetto, they were talking about drug raids, Arby’s headquarters needs to fire everyone and do a whole re hire, and don’t give me message telling me to give more feedback, this Freeport Arby’s is straight trash

We visited this Freeport location today. The food was fine as it is at any Arby’s, but I wanted to draw attention to a particular employee who was rudely outted by her supervisor. We were taking a very long time to decide what to order, in an otherwise relatively empty restaurant, (we don’t frequently eat at fast food restaurants and needed extra time to review the menu). The team member who was at the counter (I later learned her name was Chaka) had turned her back to us momentarily. Her supervisor noticed us walking up to the counter and asked us, “Are you ready to order?” I replied, “Yes.” The supervisor then said to Chaka, “You need to pay attention!” I turned to Chaka and said, “In your defense, we were taking a very long time to order.” Chakra thanked me for my kind words. I personally felt the supervisor’s unnecessary comment, in front of customers, was far more rude than Chaka not noticing the very second we decided we were ready to order. Customer service and professionalism go further than the front counter cashier. To Chaka, you’re doing a good job, and I hope negative comments- like the one from your supervisor today- are a rare occurrence!

The lady that works most mornings here is phenomenal, idk why she hasn’t found a better job. Super nice, accurate information and the food that’s delivered is tasty and edible. I refuse to eat here in the evenings, such a difference night/day it’s unreal. Most of what I’ve ordered in the evenings aren’t even edible, like it’s been sitting in a window for hours and the condiments are always a mess in the evenings.

We ordered something simple…2 number 1’s. Sandwiches so cold. My sandwich was placed on the wrapper which was wrapped inside out. It was so smashed it looked like someone put there fist into it. Disappointed. Never going back.
