Our Arby’s sandwich didn’t have any Arby’s sauce and it barely has any meat! For Arby’s “having the meats” it was pretty sad. All I tasted was bread and cheese up until the last couple bites. Service wasn’t terrible, but the employees seemed distracted by something that seemed to be pretty funny by the way she was giggling over the speaker. Outside was a bit dirty with trash, but I guess I have seen worse…Not sure if I’d visit again to be honest.

My food was lukewarm..both my sandwich and my curly fries..my husband sandwich was warm but his crinkle fries were hot. Taste was good otherwise. I went up and bought a cup of cheese after we got food and told the girl thank you as i did when we got our food and there was no response..i think that is bad customer service. Wr were the only ones in the restaurant and probably three cars went thru drive thru.

Very rude and impatient. Asked us what sauce we wanted and while thinking about it for literally 5 seconds she repeats “any sauce?” But In a very rude way while waving her hand as if to tell us to hurry up. We were the only ones there smh

We had a great time at this Arby’s! The only thing missing is the service bell that was next to the door! That bell is half the reason we go there! But it was taken down for some reason…but I will tell you that Sharday, and her staff has been amazing when we stop in there! The worst problem is the freshness of the food at most restaurants, but i will tell you these staff at the rochelle Arby’s does great with the fresh food idea! Hope to see you guys again soon! We appreciate getting fresh, good, eatable food!

Walked in….only person there and was not greeted until 2 plus minutes later. After that, I heard expletives in the back about customers and the person serving us copped an attitude. We left and went to Jimmy John’s where customer service matters. Recommend not going if you have a choice.

We had great service! It’s always fresh and amazing! Staff was great, we stop in a couple times a week when on the road, we miss the “service bell” as we long to let the staff know it was great, but it no longer exists! Thank you for a great experience!
