They got a worker name Dave who I think should be the manager, he’s always very friendly and always in a good mood and always makes you feel welcome and another thing I like about him unlike most cashiers who works at drive thrus he just don’t stand there he actually goes back and helps the other workers. Thank you Dave for always being welcoming and being an awesome worker and person in general. I hope Arby’s knows how lucky they are to have you work for them.

Terrible fish don’t get any. Spicy ? They sprinkle some chili or rep pepper on fish & vegs. My fish looks kinda raw the white spots also . This picture was taking within 10 mins after order. Look my vegs on it

The Wagyu burgers are the absolute worst I’ve ever had. The fact that I paid $12.29 for this goyslop is even more insulting to the point of getting a chargeback. It was undercooked, bland, no spice, no salt, no ketchup and mustard. I’ve had genuine Japanese wagyu. This is not real wagyu. I did basic research only to find that 50% of the beef was “American Wagyu” the rest was B grade beef. It wasn’t even grilled. It was MICROWAVED! Bruh. White Castle burgers tasted better than this imitation meat.

The fish patty was dried out and tough. Barely any lettuce or tartar sauce. The bun was too thick. If you would have added a decent amount of tartar and shredded lettuce the bun would have been perfect. Also the fries were soggy. 13$ for garbage.
