Went to Arby’s about 8pm tonight. Terrible mistake! Before our order was taken, someone didn’t realize they were coughing and hacking, gross! I ordered my food, the order taker was very rude and definitely was trying to get me to order chicken tenders as she told me it would take 8 minutes. They rudely took my payment, when my food came I couldn’t even ask for sauce nor was I asked because she slammed the window shut and disappeared . I drove 4 minutes home, the frys are cold and crunchy! For $52 I expect good customer service and decent food! Unbelievable and unacceptable!

Workers are so rushed that they are not personable, forget to put condiments in bag, no customer service at all!!! Will not be returning to Arby’s ever again. They also got rid of a lot of things on menu. No more potato triangles, no more happy hour. This place has gone down hill! Not one good thing to say except Arby’s sauce is still good but won’t be tasting that anymore. Teach these fast food workers’ manners and customer service etiquette, please.

Always loved Arby’s sandwiches a d ESPECIALLY that they served Pepsi products. Very disappointed to learn they switched to Coke now apparently Nationwide. The Manager said it was not his choice he was forced to do it. Also when I ordered curly fries I got a bunch of tiny ends not even big enough to curl and very crunchy. Needless to say we most likely won’t be going there much anymore. Serving Pepsi products was a big thing for us.

The food was bad. The curly fries tasted like fish. So they definately needed to change the oil. My turkey, bacon, and cheddar was dry. The bread was toasted and put on the inside . I will never order that again. We got a bacon cheddar classic that looks like it had been sitting around for 2 hours.

My gf figured she wanted big roast beef meal instead of 2 for $5 roast beef n cheddar. It was more expensive than 2 for $5. & same looked like same size. Glad I got 2 for $5. Best deal.

It’s Arby’s. Friendly staff, but they always forget or mix up our sauces. We have a very picky 8 year old that wants his honey mustard with his chicken tenders. If you ask me what sauce I want, then why not give me what I said? Mistakes happen but this has been our last 2 visits.
