My wife ordered two Arby’s beef and cheese with curly fries. One double roast beef with curly fries. It took Brandon four times to get it correct. Unfortunately did not check the order and found it short one fries. It was on the receipt #153. Thanks Brandon. I’ll try other Arby’s in the area. My wife will be in for a refund on the fries order.

Be prepared to wait a LONG time for your food, even if you’re the only person there. I sat at the drive through window for nearly 20 minutes waiting for two roast beef sandwiches, two chicken sliders, and curly fries. Unacceptable, it doesn’t take that long to cook this stuff. Staff moved like snails, clearly uninterested in doing their jobs. If you’re craving arbys, find another one.

Sandwiches were good. Didn’t enjoy watching the manager upbraid a worker in the very visible kitchen. Not a good management tactic – employee should be spoken to in private. Why humiliate an employee? The poor girl who was warned by the manager apologized TO ME. That’s a shame, and she wasn’t the one who needed to apologize for the little drama played out in front of customers. Managers can do better. The employees and the restaurant will benefit from better management. Employees should be encouraged and praised, not lectured in an aggressive manner in public.

Absolutely the worst arbys on the planet. Terrible service, waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone even took our order. Then waited 20 minutes for our food. The car in front of me left with no food after sitting at the window for ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBYS! Needs closed down. Oh, and the menu board at the drive thru was laying on the ground.

Can’t go there after 8pm. Don’t wanna work, received COLD and hard mozzarella sticks, and only one of my sandwiches. And I got there a full 30 mins before they closed, it’s not like I pulled up 5 mins before they closed. Was charged for all the food I ordered but only got half my order. Receipt for reference of time. No excuse

Got the 2 for 6 bucks Beef and Cheddar with fries and drink for 11 bucks. The food was hot and fresh and the drive thru service was fast and friendly. I was in and out the parking lot within about 8 minutes and on my way. Very satisfied customer and I will be back
