My wife loves Arby’s, so we stopped in after a movie. Sadly, the dining area wasn’t open due to staffing issues. It’s been this was for a while. (Not sure what is going on as Culver’s next store dining area hasn’t closed.) We used the drive-through. The lady at the window was very nice.

I ordered the three piece chicken tenders on 06-10-23, and I should have gone to the Culver’s next door. One piece was thin as a wafer and was no more than 2 inches wide and long. The other two pieces were thin and the size of half-dollars. I was shocked! No wonder there is never a line at this place. I advise everyone to stay away from this location.

Waited to order, no other cars. Food was cold, fries like warm and tasted as if they had been fried twice. Tried to call no answer. When to restaurant drive thru and lights were on but no one would come to the window. Love Arby’s but there are others in town, I won’t visit this one again..

Well the order that was messed up on Springfield was made right by a gift card for a free meal. Only problem is, I bought the 2 french dips for 7 dollars and couldn’t get the same thing to replace it. And still had to spend money for the cheese sauces and the sides of onion rings and cheese sticks. Still had to ask for Arby’s sauce, horsiesauce, and napkins. So I had to order the southwest brisket sandwich and I was not impressed with it at all. Definitely not what I wanted to have gor my lunch. I like to eat to get full not teased

Great food fast for a good price. The restaurant was very clean and well-stocked. They seem to have some staffing issues, which is common nowadays, but the people they do have are very kind, helpful, and provide great service.

Only negative thing is the doors were locked, a few people inside so had to go through drive threw. Once I went through drive threw I noticed only 2 people working. I enjoyed my Arby’s in my car, although I was looking forward to sitting down at a table.
