The guys on staff tonight were very nice and our food was great. We had one small issue with one of our sandwiches and the gentleman that helped was so kind and professional. It’s always pleasant to experience a smiling face and positive attitude in customer service!

I work next door at Captain Ds and was threatened and harassed by an employee. She was upset by her oder and requested a refund (while in uniform but on break maybe? Arbys employees regularly dine with us) while i processed her order, she belittled me about my job, wage, and my worth. I told her she would not be welcome back. She sent her coworker over a couple hours later to “deliver a message” that she would be parking in front of my car when she sees it to stand in the parking lot and call me a B**** when she sees me. For obvious reason, I wouldn’t recommend this establishment. This is was the assist manager. And honestly, I’m writing this in hopes of being contacted about it
