I love the chicken salad, but every year you get less and less. The bread is too big for the 1.5 oz scoop of chicken salad you get. Staff is always to busy to say hi, or thank you, or even a have a nice day. They just hand you your food and walk away. I will say the fries are always cooked well, and the milkshakes deliver.

The Belleville Illinois location is A-OK it’s very lame you cannot eat inside of this place like all the other restaurants around the area. I see plenty of kitchen staff when I’m at the drive-thru I just don’t get it.

We ordered the premium chicken strip meal and a wagyu burger meal. While waiting for our food, an employee came from the back and called my name. When I replied, he said the store was out of chicken strips and asked if he could substitute an order of chicken nuggets instead. I said the values were not the same, and he then offered 2 six piece nuggets, I accepted. Several minutes later, I heard him emplore the person working the fryer to drop some nuggets. When our food was finally done, we began eating, the chicken nuggets were very good, the wagyu burger while being tasty and juicy was only about half the diameter of the bun. I expected at the least it would be nearly the size of the bun considering it is a $7.20 fast food burger.

I have not gone inside, so not sure about atmosphere. The food and service is great. I just wish you could access the restaurant in both directions on the road. I access it from the wrong direction, so I have to pull into another business and then turn the opposite direction.

My family and I could not enter the building. All doors were locked at 12:00. Others outside were also baffled. The drive-through was moving along fine, but the lobby was closed. No signage indicating that the lobby was not open. Tried to call, but the phone number listed was incorrect or they were not answering. You may have the meats, but you dont allow the eats! Send a gift card for a new experience with my family and I will change my review.
