Got main course before 2100. Good job. Went back to get a vanilla shake around 2220. Closing time was posted as 2300. Clerk said “machine was off for the night”, hence why 3 stars instead of 5. I expect that kind of excuse from McDonald’s, not Arby’s. Do better.

Grabbed some food on my way to work and had to wait 20min with only 1 car before me. Get to work(16 miles away) and when I go to eat my salad this is what I had received. This type of service is unacceptable!

I’ve never had breakfast at Arby’s. I stopped here a few days ago and I ordered some breakfast. Now I’m a potato lover, I love french fries, tater tots, tater rounds etc. I’ve never had a hash brown like this before. It’s in the shape of a triangle and it’s almost an inch thick. You get two in a small order. Mine must have been really fresh, because after walking back to the truck in the bitter cold mine were still hot. They were crispy on the outside and soft and tasty on the inside. They are the best hash brown potatoes I’ve ever had! My breakfast sandwich was a bacon egg and cheese on toasted sourdough bread which was delicious. I only paid a little over seven dollars for the combo which is really affordable. Thanks Arby’s!

I went in for mozzarella sticks & a large tea. The mozzarella sticks were in a bag on the counter by the time I paid. I take my cup over to the drink bar, & there’s no tea. I asked out the counter about it & was told their brewing machine was broke down. The manager came to my table to tell me about the brewing machine. It had been repaired and broke down again the next day. But I got no refund. I can’t drink anything carbonated. So, I just threw away $3.19 plus tax. I won’t be stopping here again. $3.19 for an empty cup is despicable. They should have a sign by the register.
