The employees at this location are usually very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately today way different. The young lady who was working the window today 05/26/23 around noon was unbelievable rude and had disgusting behavior. I probably would’ve just let it go had my food not been old and cold. I understand the stress that comes along with working fast food but her behavior was disgusting and uncalled for.

Stopped in for a quick to go order on my way to an event. Ordered the Arby’s Classic roast beef and a medium Jamocha shake. Paid and received my order fairly quickly. Shake looked great and it was. Sandwich was served hot. Good job staff at Arby’s.

Significantly changing drink sizes without changing prices or making sure it’s well labeled on the menu is false advertising. What has been 32oz is now 21oz with zero notice or price change. I’ll happy to watch as your customer base flees your insane prices coupled by corporate greed.
