Our food was cold. The wagyou burgers that we got were drenched in the sauce. So much so that the ingredients of the burger were sliding off from between the buns. I have gotten this burger during lunch time before, and it was excellent. Had got it like this one the first time I ate one, I wouldn’t have ever ordered it again. Get it together night crew!!!!!

Asked for boss’s food to be cut because she had ms. Easier for her to hold. They did! She tried the new steak sandwich again since last store was a absolute bust. She said it was very good. Our fries and my gyro were fresh. A good experience all around. Except the cashier let go of my money and I had to get out and chase it down!! I caught it so all was good!!

This Arby’s location is always super clean. Fast, friendly service. Consistently good food. Roast beef, YUM. New rib sandwich, YUM. Those chicken nuggets were a shocker! So good. No chopped and pressed nugget shaped goo. REAL chicken! And let’s talk about that Bronco Berry sauce! That should be on the soda fountain, it’s that good. Jalapeño bites were basic Jalapeño poppers, no complaints. My curly fries had more ringlets than Shirley Temple! Put that Au Jus sauce on the fountain next to the Bronco button cuz I could drink that stuff, too! Arby’s makes me happy.

They no longer have the turkey gyros, ;( it was my favorite. Also, I need more spicy three pepper sauce, but I never can get as much as I want. That sauce is very good, on many foods from Arby’s and many not from Arby’s as well lol

Takes 30-45 minutes to get your food at 930 at night. They say they will take your order but you sit and wait 10 minutes. And have to get their attention, then they act like your are an inconvenience.
