The new manager there named Tina is an absolute psychotic witch. I’ve seen the way she talks to and treats the employees, and it’s disgusting. She’s got some kind of attitude about being from the city that gives her an excuse to be hateful and arrogant. She doesn’t need to be a store manager, she needs therapy.

I just had a wonderful experience! Last time I came here the fries where soggy and the brisket was like rubber I was hesitant on coming back but I’m glad I did. The lady in the drive through with the nose piercings and nice face was really great got my food right away. The brisket sandwich was great this time I’ll definitely return!

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so rudely by an older male employee working the drive-thru. I couldn’t hear him for the highway noise and I said “I’m sorry, but I can’t hear you.” He yelled in the meanest voice possible over the speaker .. “Just pull around!” Well, I definitely heard that. When I got to the window, I heard the same thing happening to the car behind me and he yelled at her. When he took my debit card, I tried to explain to him that the highway noise prevented people from hearing him, he gave me a blank stare and didn’t even give me the courtesy of a response. When my food was ready, it was practically thrown out the window with not even a thank you. Love Arby’s, but no thank you.

If I could give this restaurant no stars and still get a review I would. The woman working the drive-through window today was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never go to this restaurant and I recommend that you don’t either. There is no tolerance for being rude to customers. She was extremely short tempered and disrespectful to me not showing any human decency. I tried to call the store and speak to the manager but they didn’t answer the phone. Do not go to this Arby’s. Go to Culver’s or Hardee’s in Pacific and stay away from this Arby’s restaurant. For what it’s worth I went to the Hardee’s in Pacific and they were extremely nice. The owner of this Arby’s needs to go to Hardees or Culver’s and take some lessons on how to give customer service and then share that with his employees. I am in the service industry and have been in leader ship for over 25 years and if one of my employees treated customers like this restaurant’s employees do I would fire them. I read the reviews and all the owner can say is I’m sorry to hear about this. No wonder they have a 3.9 rating. It should be a 1.0.

1st- Took almost 25 minutes to get our food. While at the same time we saw 11 cars make it through the drive through after we ordered. That is 11 cars that drove up, ordered, and received their food, all after we ordered, and we only had 4 people in our party.

Closed the day before at 6pm . It’s dinner time. Made the mistake of going in the next day as I still wanted a roast beef. The drive through is difficult to hear as the highway is close. I asked the person taking the order to please repeat what he had said a couple times. This clearly aggravated him and he started yelling everything into the microphone. I told him I think we have some confusion and asked to start over. I had only ordered 2 meals at this point and only needed 3. He just kept shouting what I had ordered. I told him he had a terrible attitude and encouraged him to screw off. I filled out the Arby’s survey while in line at lions choice getting polite service. Will be along time before I even consider going back. The only voice we have in this world is where we are willing to spend our money.
