The girl who waited on me was extremely rude. She didn’t say hello and kept giving me dirty looks. She snapped at me when I put the credit card in the machine too soon. She didn’t say my name, just gave me a dirty look when my order was ready.

Just got home from the drive through to find out our large fries were only the small size in the large packages and all thrown in the same single medium bag packed full with absolutely no care. The people were rude in drive though on top of everything when you’re not even busy. I used to work backline and management at another location for 3 years and this is the worst service I’ve ever seen. I could literally see your workers on their phones though the drive through. This is a picture of all the fries I could get from the bottom of my bag and we paid for a large.

Ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich, the bread was toasted on the inside, not enough chicken for the price, and it kept falling out of the bread and was a complete mess! The peach lemonade was good.

Took the drive thru here, late at night after my flight and ordered food. The drive thru service was awesome and at the window they were extremely friendly. I ordered the Arby’s roast beef sandwich and it was perfect! The curly fries were on point and this time I treated myself to a coke to wash it down. Added bonus…try the apple or cherry turnovers! An awesome ending to a meal at Arby’s! Check them out!

I understand fast food workers don’t make much, but this was ridiculous. They gave us our whole $30 order in one bag that wound up ripping. Food was soggy and cold. 3 employees just standing around the drive thru register. It’s pretty clear they just cooked a whole bunch of food hours in advance due to apathy. Never going back. Going to a different one instead.

I dined in, the manager kept yelling at the workers . Also when my sister ordered he wasn’t nice or friendly, they either need a new manager or just a nice cashier. The way he treated his co workers was uncalled for. You don’t have to treat people like that it was a very weird atmosphere.

Just got totally ripped off for 18 bucks here. Ordered a sandwich combo made it large and mozzarella sticks. Pull up to the window. Lady hands me a large sprite filled up 3/4 of the way. I asked the lady for ice. She told me the ice machine broken. Asked if I could get something else. MYbe a bottle water. They were out of thst as well. They didn’t say sorry or anything. I didn’t tske the drink because I’m not drinking warm sprite lol. Acted like theusidnt care at all. Got home. no marinara sauce either..full on lame all the way around. never again…

The restaurant was unclean . The floor was absolutely so sticky every step I took my shoes made a noise and it was a distraction to walk across the store . I have no idea when the last time the floor or store was cleaned

2 PM 7-10-21 we went to the drive through and tried to order a chicken salad and beef brisket and they talked low with a smart tone. We paid and was told to pull around to the side our chicken tender took 4 extra minutes. We 5 minutes and want in asked where our food was, its not ready and to leave and wait in my car. We did not order tenders. We drove off giving them what we paid for. We didn’t trust what we would get. Sad.
