While they were very busy at the time, and my order did take a while to get to me, their wagyu burger did NOT disappoint! They have a pump-it-yourself condiment station that I really liked, too. It’s so much easier than dealing with a bunch of packets. The staff was very friendly and apologized about the wait, so I know they care.

With a coupon Arby’s is ok. I ordered two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. Whatever sauce they put on it I didn’t particularly like, but that’s just me. I’d rather have a sandwich with just beef and cheese. I did ask the girl at the drive thru window if the classic roast beef sandwiches on sale 4 for $10 had the same amount of beef as the beef and cheddar I had ordered and she replied yes they did. So, if I go back soon that’s what I’d get. Of course with no sauce. Overall, I always think that I’ll be impressed with Arby’s and that’s why I go. But, I never am. It just never taste good to me. So, I’ll probably not go back. I also think it’s way overpriced.

I went through the drive-through at arby’s to grab some dinner and lunch for my husband. Got the 4 for 10. I got a couple side orders of curly fries they were hot. Drive through employee definitely knew her job Well. She was quick and courteous.

I am a GrubHub delivery driver and This Arby’s is great, they were short-staffed unfortunately but they made my pickup order for GrubHub in a timely manner and did not have any attitude or no ignorance and just very polite and apologetic for having me wait which to me is not a big deal they are just great at this Arby’s

Went to Arby’s in Union SC after church on Sunday night, it was so cold in there everyone that came in commented even children. The person that took our order was very rude. We will not be back until they can make it some what comfortable in there.
