Drive through service is always spotty, don’t know if they have enough staff to take orders, don’t know if they are cash or card only. Sometimes they run out of stuff like roast beef. Seriously? Isn’t your slogan ” we have the meats” well I guess just some of the meats. The Mac n cheese is off the chain, but feel like I have to say the portion vs the cost is ridiculous. Other than these obvious complaints, when it runs smoothly it’s not too bad, the food is good and the staff is really nice.

Friendly, communicative, patient, and accommodating staff. Kayla at the drive-through was alright on top of things before discussing it when something was discovered to be out. It almost seemed rather dismissive, but I’m glad I didn’t act irrationally as it went extremely smooth compared to other places. I appreciate good customer service.

Whenever I go to this Arby’s I usually spend anywhere from $16.00-$ 20.00. This last time I was there which was just this past week I got a large Jamoche Shake, 4 roast beef sliders and a large curly fry. It’s the sliders I have the complaint about. They were smaller in size, by that I mean less roast beef and almost no cheese and the cheese was not melted at all. I will not be back to this Arby’s, and that’s a shame in my opinion, because this Arby’s was my husband’s favorite location, and it’s the closest to my home. This may not mean anything to you but to me I am sorry this has to happen. The young man that waited me at the drive thru, was very pleasant, I will say that.
