After waiting several minutes at the drive-thru speaker(was told to please hold), my order was taken. As you can see on the receipt, I tried to order French Dip with dbl meat. Since they only had 6oz meat left instead of the needed 8oz, they chose not to sell the 6oz at a discounted rate and just sell a 4oz sandwich. Why not sell me the 2oz at half the cost of dbl meat? I asked and was told ‘no’. Saving meat for the next day? Does Arby’s have any 2oz roast beef options in which they could have sold the product tonight? Unless there’s an explanation, that’s a missed opportunity to sell more and have full customer satisfaction-neither happened.

Good tasting food. Nice remodeling was done. Self serve condiments are gone. Onions on the side? Very few served, like 4 little pieces. Drive thru receives the fastest service. Floors were being mopped while I was eating.

For 4 stars this is disappointing, burnt bun ruining the flavor and flat soda, will not be going to this location ever again after this experience and will advice others as well, anything before veterans is a waste of time as far as quality or service, if its on or past veterans your usually good otherwise it’s pot heads and bums they seem to employ

Katelyn worked drive thru when I stopped by. She was so friendly and present. I mean u never really get that anymore. She made sure my food was hot and fresh. I didn’t even mind the additional 2 minute wait for hot mozzarella sticks. I left a great corporate review but I wanted to leave a good one on Google as well. If u see Katelyn say hi!

Scammers. Gave me dry, old and cold chicken tenders and fries. Chicken tenders were so flat & about 2 inches in length. There was hardly any meat in tenders. Tenders were as hard as rocks.

Food was very good, but their soda drink fountain was not working. I ordered tea instead and they filled our cups over the top with ice and don’t get much tea. We all got fries with our order, 1 kids fri was to the top the other was a good amount lower. The adult fries – 1 was over the top, the 2nd was 3/4 full and the 3rd was about a quarter full.

Didn’t make right and didn’t refund all of my money back paid with a 20 change back was a ten refunded 5 and 2 ones 10 5 and 2 isn’t 20 dollars. Worst spot to get in and out of at lunch time and to have to go back and still not get my full refund. Never going back
