Sat on line for at least 10 minutes for the vehicle in front off me. They did not have a substantial order based on the size bag that was handed to them. The greeting at the window focused only on the amount due and if I needed any sauces, which occurred after sitting there a minute or two at the window. I had a simple order of 3 sliders, which took nearly 10 minutes! No updates or interaction about why it was taking so long. The inside was not busy. At least 5 cars were behind me in the drive-through. Prior to me entering the drive-through, there was only one vehicle in front of me. Customer service interaction goes a long way. Fast food at a very slow time, taking 20 plus minutes, is not acceptable!

Great roast beef sandwiches. This store location is fairly new and still in very nice condition. It has a comfortable lobby and clean bathrooms. Only real issue I had was the slowness in getting my order but that could also just be a one time thing. Give them a try.

I don’t go for their Roast Beef. I go for their Limited fish sandwich, Chicken sandwich, curly fries and mozz. sticks. It’s really all I like there. But the Fish and Chicken Sandwich is the best around Kirksville. I love they way they make them. Just prefer a deal with them. When they are 2 for $5 / $6, I generally buy. Can’t pass up the deal.

This location is hit and miss. Some days the food is excellent (quality, presentation, proportions, taste, etc). Other days I feel like the they droopped my food on the floor, picked up the good pieces, put it back together, and gave it to me. The picutres attached are my recent visit. I got the 2 Beef n Cheddars for $5 and they both showed up like this with LESS THAN half the roast beef I expected and the curly fries were sparse to say the least. It was a small size fries, but only getting like 7 fries is rediculous. The only reason I don’t give them a 1 star is because this happens about once every 3 times. And now I just check before going home when I do take out to make sure the sandwich is acceptable.

What can I say? It’s Arby’s. It was ok. I went here specifically to try the Diablo Dare brisket sandwich. Other than the brisket not being heated through completely, it was actually a decent (albeit messy) sandwich. I was impressed by the level of heat. While it was by no means overwhelming, it definitely exceeded my expectations of what a fast food restaurant could put out. The included vanilla shake was a nice touch
