I Have been there several times. Food and service is good. I worry about the cleanliness since every time I come the floors are sticky especially all around the soda area and the condiments rack looks so dusty from the napkin lint that makes me think the back is probably dirty as well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinning area was pleasant and food was really good. I had the chicken bacon swiss meal but my daughter had some roast beef sliders and she said she really liked them bc they use the Hawaiian bread buns. Overall it’s a great place to stop in for a quick bite.

Thanks arbys for showing me why I don’t eat here!! Ordered off of DoorDash. Curly and wrinkly fries were tough and dry, jalapeño slider only had 2 little jalapeños in it. That 2nd picture was supposed to be a prime ribbed cheesesteak teak and it literally just tasted like grease I tried to save it with Mayo but didn’t work. My friends fruit punch literally tasted like water mixed with chemicals ♀️

I ordered the new ribeye with garlic sauce at drive through last week and it was a big disappointment. The foil wrap looked like it had been wadded up and the sandwich was obviously not fresh. The bun was almost soggy and onion rings on sandwich were mush! Too expensive for the quality for sure. Won’t happen again because they lost me as a customer when I called and talked to assistant manager and he informed me they are ALWAYS made fresh. No they don’t! Save your money if you order at drive through.

We stop through the drive thru 45 minutes before close. The fries were old and sandwich had basically no meat plus the meat was dry and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I tried calling no one answered. I called to let them no that clearly the staff doesn’t care and that I was disappointed in my experience.

I was excited to try the new burger! I had my hopes set a little high, it was nothing special. If you try it I recommend telling them to leave the sauce off. My curly fries were cold and not fresh. The drive thru employee was polite. She listened to me and got my order correct. Skip the wagyu burger and get a brisket sandwich here or a French dip, they are both great!
