Arbys is most often an extremely good experience . Today I drove to Missouri to get a famous Jamocha shake. I love the coffee/chocolate flavor along with the wakeup from a caffeinated cold treat. We ordered 2 and got 1 with 5% jamocha and one with 0% Jamocha . I guess it was bad luck today and I was disappointed with the result. The staff was very nice and quick and courteous so I still will give 3 stars.

Order was wrong. Very wrong. Snotty, self entitled employee. Didn’t give receipt to prove I was right about order. Manager did fix the order eventually but who cares at that point. This isn’t the only Arby’s like this. They are in every truck stop/travel plaza across the nation. Avoid them like the plague. They always mess up on such a grand scale that it’s mind blowing.

We stopped here on our way home from vacation. They appeared to be severely understaffed. It took us over fifteen minutes to get our food. The food itself was fine. The best part for us was the big grassy area next to their parking lot, which was a great place to let our puppy get some exercise before hitting the road again.

Go across the street if you’re hungry. Been here two days in a row. Both times slow employees that don’t even acknowledge your presence there. Waited 10+ minutes to be asked what I want the first day and the order not only took forever to prepare but was also wrong. Second day I tried giving them a chance same story ♂️ didn’t even bother waiting 3 business days until they take my order. Are the employees not getting paid enough? They don’t look like they’re motivated to work.
