So the service is a 5*. The ladies at desk were both polite and quick. The food was good but I don’t know if they changed their chicken strips but they’re not good anymore. Fries were ok. Had an apple turnover. Apparently they’re cold now? So that’s different. The bathroom was mostly clean but no paper towels. So I had no way to dry my hands.

I get the Greek Gyro with Curly fries and med. drink. Everyone is so friendly, the food is quickly and expertly made and the prices are reasonable. What I’ve always liked about Arby’s is that they are generous with their portions! Want a change from the old burger? Try an Arby’s Greek Gyro. I have one about once a month!

Love the 2 for $7 and the 4 for $10 options. It’s a great value. I have not been inside Arby’s for many years, as I usually use the drive thru. It seemed as if I was bothering the cashier. Whatever you do, don’t ask for a small orange cream shake. They don’t sell small. They sell regular and large. So my request for small was met with a disgusted retort that they only sell regular and large.

Ordered a couple of sandwiches, fries, and poppers. They forgot the poppers. They usually forget something if you go through the drive thru if you have more than 3 items, so, check your order before you get home. But if the many other times I’ve been here, the food is always good and if they forget something, they’ve always made it right.

If I could give a 0 star I would! I’ve eaten here maybe 3 times now. Haven’t had a problem until today. Just got home and I ordered a Hawaiian deluxe fish and they just slopped it together. The worst part is the cheese is hard so that tells me it’s been in the sandwich for awhile. Disgusting! I’ve worked in fast food for a long time, and I would never serve customers food I wouldn’t eat myself! Lazy that’s what it is!

RAW CHICKEN!! Ordered Kings Hawaiian sweet heat chicken sandwich and French dip& Swiss, they forgot to include the dipping sauce, and we were served undercooked raw chicken!! Not sure how to attach photos but will do that asap! Absolutely disgusting!

Went and got a double roast beef and their crispy chicken sandwich. The double roast beef was a little light on roast beef. And the chicken sandwich was beyond disappointment. It looked like a hamburger. It was the same color as a quarter pounder and size. Started to take it back then realized they don’t sell hamburgers. Stay away from the chicken burger.
