In general a good Arby’s, but not tonight. They list that they close at 11pm. Waited in the drive thru while the car in front of me ordered and at 7:55 they told me they were done taking orders for the night. It’s hard to go someplace to eat if you can’t trust them to keep their stated hours.

I am done with this location. A couple weeks ago, I left the drive, thinking they had given me back my debit card. Not only did they NOT, but it was used to pay for the order behind me in line. The money was, however, returned a few days later.

We walked in to have dinner inside the restaurant. No one else in line but us. It took several minutes before anyone even came to the counter to take out order. We ordered two meals and cups of cheddar for our fries. We filled out drink cups and sat down to wait on our food. We were there 10 minutes sitting and another couple came in and ordered their meals. They got their drinks and sat down. We waited another 10 minutes. Then the other couple had their food brought out and started eating. A employee brought out 2 cups with barely any cheddar in each cup. He saw that we had no food and looked surprised, then asked that we hadn’t even gotten our order yet. At this point I returned to the counter and no one was making our meals. I asked for the manager because I wanted my money back. She came to the counter from the far back of the restaurant. I hadn’t seen her the whole time we were there. I complained that for $1.50 each there was only a teaspoon of cheddar in the cups. We had been there 30 minutes waiting and no food was prepared for us, I wanted my money back. She returned my money and we left and went to Lions Choice down the road. I honestly have never been to such a poorly managed and unorganized restaurant before this Arby’s. Their customer service was the worst ever experienced. This place wasn’t busy, the drive thru wasn’t packed, only 2 other couples we’re inside besides us. I will never return to this establishment. It’s a perfect example of bad management and poorly trained employees.
