If you want to play guess what time a store might be open then this is the place for you. Arby’s corporate should shut this store down for never being open when the hours are posted. Employees are inside the store and won’t even acknowledge the drive thru to tell the customers about being closed. I arrived at 8:26 pm on Friday the 25th of August and just like every other time I try this store they are closed. It doesn’t matter what day. I have added the posted store hours for the public to read and laugh at. Mr Eagan, if you are still the current manager you might want to get the new hours posted. I can only guess those would be wrong also.

I was at arby’s at 7 o’clock and they had to ran out of. Roast beef and ham and told me. It was because they were busy. I was 1 of 3 cars in the line at the drive-thru. So I tried their new burgers and they put so much sauce on them. The rappers they were in came out soaking play so I went back and told them about it. They didn’t apologize, but they did give me a hair full of Turkey bacon ranch market fresh. I went back again. They offered no refund No apology but just another sandwich That got thrown away because of the fear of what they might have done to it and I will not be returning go at your own risk.

Regular user of Arby’s app. This location was 30 minutes from order to receiving food. Hands down one of the slowest locations I’ve been to. All they had were Buffalo wings and fries, very simple order to boot.

I spent 20$ on two sandwiches and a small side. One of the sandwiches was the turkey bacon ranch. It had completely wrong sauce on it, honey mustard sauce thats yellow and very clearly not ranch just by looking at it. The cheese on it was rock hard and dried out like it was left out from the day before. The top of the bread was so hard and dried out. The only thing enjoyable about that sandwich was the turkey..and its hard to screw that up. That was by far the most disappointing thing I’ve ever ordered in all my years of visiting Arby’s. What happened to quality and caring about the product you serve? THAT WAS A $6.50 SANDWICH. THAT IS A COMPLETE JOKE for what was in my bag. Everything on it was either wrong or completely dried up and absolutely disgusting. I will never go to this location ever again.

Went through the drive thru tonight. Poor service from second one. After paying 25 dollars for two meals. The rude kid in the drive thru didn’t speak a word other than to repeat what I owe. Thanked him numerous times while he gave us our drinks with no straws mind you. Then handed us our food thanked him again. And yes again silence. While the manager was in the parking lot visiting with family. Which is fine. Family time is precious however you can get it. Maybe a little more friendly and manners need to be taught instead of just going out of your way to not speak or being rude to your customers.

Probably the worst fast-food experience I’ve had in several years. Beef and Cheddar had a burnt bun with cold meat, and the cheddar was a square slice and not remotely melted. The Wagyu Burger was disgusting, somehow the bun was super soggy with liquid yet the meat patty was rock hard like a hockey puck, like trying to gnaw through charred beef jerky. I bet they were trying to ‘moisten’ the patty by drenching it in liquid/sauce. Seemed like they had pre-cooked and pre-staged (and then let get old and cold) several items so the limited staff could operate the drive-through window. Would have taken it back, but the lobby isn’t even open so there was no point waiting in a drive-through line just to ask for replacements.

Once again pulling on a locked dining room door in the middle of a Wed. afternoon in mid July and don’t want to eat in a car. Just skipped all together…again. Waiting for the auto generated apology link due to 1 star review.

Food was awful. Cheese sticks were very greasy, old and rubbery. Roast Beef sandwich was rubbery and luke warm. Upon further review it seems there are a lot of bad reviews and complaints about this restaurant and this franchise in particular.

This store is never staffed so it’s always closing early. The food is always disgusting and cold. The attitude of the staff is horrendous and it seems this store can’t get it’s stuff together. Also, the good reviews are probably bots or employees lying for the store.

Every time I order a beef ‘n’ cheddar you forget to add the red ranch sauce at the bottom. Please, make the sandwiches how you’re supposed to.
