Not even close to giving the correct order, ordered two sandwiches, with two curly fries, and drinks. Was given two gyros, one regular fry. The coke tasted like the syrup needed to be change, will never go back to this Arby’s again, they’ve screwed up my order too many times. Also, multiple employees hanging out in their cars, then running inside to take orders, after the drive through lane is 4 cars deep.

Went, and it was not busy at all. I was waiting at the window for 20+ minutes. While my bag sat there at the counter as they joked amongst themselves. Then, they started complaining about whatever boy was doing whatever with whoever, more concerned about their personal lives than serving the customer. When I tried to scan and take the survey on the receipt. The restaurant code for where they’re located shows as invalid. So good luck with that.

The employees working at 6:30pm Sat Aug 19th were extremely rude and incompetent. I simply asked for lettus instead of a pita to accommodate a food sensitivity. I have had this several times before at this location and others with no issue. Unfortunately these individuals were to lazy and ignorant and chose to lie and be rude. If you need then to think outside the “bun” do yourself a favor and go elsewhere like I will be from now on.

My Dad had a stroke and mom has dementia. This is one place they love to go Will goes out of his way to hold the door open, provides great service. Checks on us during our visit and again, holds the door when we leave. While listening to the staff and how they respond, you can tell he has great leadership skills. I appreciate all the staff at this location. They always make our experiences a great one.

I ordered chicken nuggets. The associate told me at the drive thru it would take 6 minutes for them to cook the nuggets. I told him that was fine. I paid at the window and went out front to wait. True to their word within 10 minutes a nice young lady brought out my food and told me it was all nice and hot for me. When I got home everything was still nice and warm. Lovely experience with very nice staff!

Tried the newer American roast beef on their 2 for 7 menu it was roast beef, lettuce, tomato,onion, American cheese and sauce. The sauce wasn’t great I would rather have Arby’s sauce, and I like the melted cheese better. Overall it was ok

Shout out to Ethan and the other worker making the food (didn’t catch his name). Came in for some dinner, wasn’t busy, but steady. Those two were working fast and diligently to keep the orders moving. Ethan was shouting out what they needed (like in a real kitchen) and they were working great together.

Good food & good value. They were hammered right after noon in drive through and had to juggle orders best that they could with 4 staff. We will be back. No longer have medium sized shakes available, so have to downsize and save my waistline.

Arby’s here on Rice Rd in Lee’s Summit is my quick go to for lunch sometimes. Being in the same plaza makes it convenient. I always get hot fresh food & everyone is always extremely pleasant & nice. The manager today even turned me on to the lemonade with a mix of peach & strawberry! Amazing! You guys rock! Side note… MY FRIES ARE ALWAYS HOT!
