I ordered a brisket sandwich and mozzarella sticks. By the time I drove from the ordering station to the drive thru window my food was in a bag and handed to me the same time I paid. I have never had service that fast at an arbys anywhere but I also realized the food had been already made and sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. The time was 3:30 PM and there were no other customers. My sandwich was completely dried out like shoe leather. I have had the same sandwich at several other locations and this was by far the worst. I noticed other reviews stating the exact same thing. Hey Arby’s employees if you read this please understand that your customers pay a lot for your over priced lunch meat. We expect it to be freshly made and good tasting. That comes first before how fast you can throw old meat out the window. I will not be returning to this location.

Don’t listen to the few people who say they’ve gotten a cold meal… for me personally, this Arby’s is perfect every time. They’re super friendly, the foot is always hot and delicious, and they get it to you fast. I prefer lobby over drive-thru but either way, I’ve never had a single bad experience at this place.

They were fast.. too fast it’s all cold 20 bucks for a cold meal at 11:30 in the morning.. posting at 11:52 and I sat here debating if I should post or not for a good 20 ish minutes.. I live few blocks away so no long car ride or anything just ordered and came home sat down to eat..

This has to be one of the best Arby’s experiences I’ve ever had. The people were kind, my food came out in atleast 2 minutes, and when it did it was super fresh. Honestly has to be the best Arby’s in the nation, no cap. Props to these workers.

We had double beef & cheddar sandwiches. I don’t know why the people on the line are in so much of a hurry that the meat is mostly piled on one side of the bun and the cheese sauce is glopped on the other side. Folks, look at the sandwich before you put the top bun in place and wrap it. You have a premium sandwich at a premium price. Just make it right.

I feel compelled to give this review of 5 stars, because I’m extremely pleased with the staff, specifically the manager Kyle (misspelled name), after a small misunderstanding was handled very professionally. I can honestly say I will stop here, and patronize this restaurant every opportunity I have. Great food, hot and fresh. Awesome staff very friendly, and fast. I highly recommend this Arby’s . Thanks to this crew, I plan to be a regular customer.

The women that were working the front counter were great!! My food was hot and I got it quickly!! And I received the extra horsey sauce I requested! Best Arby’s experience in forever! Thank you to the ladies at the counter on Thursday at 130 PM you were great!

Worst Arby’s I have ever been too. Sloppily prepared, hardly any cheddar “sauce”(more like cheddar water),it had some other sauce on part of it, curly fries sucked. When you spend $20 for meal and an extra sandwich it should be better.

Arby’s staff took my card in through the drive through window and worker walked away for a good 3 to 4 minutes. No idea where my card went . Claimed my card wouldn’t work so I gave another card. When I got my receipt back they charged me 70 cents for a “donation”. When I called the store to ask what donation this was, got a rude staff member who sarcastically asked if wanted to come back for the change. Pretty good racquet to do through the drive through because people are miles down the road before they realize. Order was wrong when I got home and looked in the bag. My luck.
