Made an online order thru the app & went to pick it up. When I arrived, I was informed that the store was out of curly fries, Dr. Pepper, and mozzarella sticks. Seriously? The app took my money, so obviously Corporate AND the franchise owner AND the management team for this location have no issue whatsoever taking my money and leaving their employees out to dry…bad show, Arby’s. Very bad show.

I usually get a combo meal and the turkey bacon ranch is my favorite. The crinkle fries are very good but sometimes they are out. How do you run out of fries?!! They also run out of large containers. Appears the inventory control could use an upgrade

Wasn’t sure I wanted to eat there. I was not mad that I did. The classic roast beef was very good. A little Arby’s and Horsey sauce took it to the next level. I’ll have to try it again to know if it was really that good or was it good because I haven’t eaten there in years..

I’ve been to quite a few Arby’s and this is the worst one yet. I’ve had a few horrible encounters with them but brushed it off thinking it was just that day. But today has made it clear they need better help and to fire basically everyone that works there. We walked in and the two people that were working never looked up in the 20 minutes that we waited. Then the person I was with asked her her name and she did tell us, but she said she was a manager even though the door said. Samantha hatfeild was her name and we’ve had many bad experiences with her.

Ordered a double roast beef add lettuce and tomato. They gave me a sandwich with nasty fake cheese sauce on it. Didn’t discover it till I made it home. Now I have to cook because I can’t eat that.

I wouldn’t leave a star but you have to to make a comment I went to the drive thru in neosho 3 times this week and each time they were out of roast beef and it was a 2 to 3 hour wait for roast beef how do you do business this way cause each time was 5pm they need to just shut Arby’s down and put a restaurant that wants to serve the public there what a waste of commercial property I guess you can only put one review up on here so I’m adding to my previous post now I went back to neosho Arbys yesterday 2/9/23 545pm this time they had Roast beef but no Arbys sauce in packets and soda fountain had very few available choices and no regular fries just curly fries was available no onion buns either and bathrooms were out of service why is this restaurant even opening maybe for tax write off for profit loses I don’t know and I know the distribution company for this chain and know it’s not product availability I think our city would like a restaurant that will serve what’s on their menu so hopefully we get better restaurants in the near future for neosho
