We were the only people in the drive through at 11:30 and waited over 20 minutes for our food. Only took two bites of our sandwich because it was cold. When we asked where are order was they informed us they had just put the apple desserts in and it would be another 7 minutes. Pretty poor service and pretty poor attitudes from the employees. We are Arby’s fans, but I’d skip this one.

This Arby’s is located in the end of the Philips 66 station in Moberly. It is the busy fast food place I have been to in a long time. Considering that the food was great and the service was top notch.

Good food can be a bit pricey for a lager family. Store is in one end of a travel center right off the highway. If you stick to the special deals you can keep the cost down. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean. Definitely a step above normal fast food. They do share the restrooms with the travel side of the gas station. Overall not a bad place to stop and grab a quick meal.

Being yelled at and listening to the drive thru girl yell at coworkers was ridiculous. I wanted to try the Chicken Bacon Ranch fries and couldn’t because they were out of ranch and there was no chicken cooked. Changed to Roast Beef and now out of Arby’s sauce. Yelled at as she walked away that they were out.

They would not let me order 2 beef & cheddar for 7$. I asked for no cheese sauce. She said we cant do that because then youd get two classic roast beefs and thats not on the deal. I said “no it would be a different menu item that has an onion bun and a substitution.l” She said “no it isnt.” I said “ ive gotten it here before.” She didnt respond at all so i left.

Went threw drive thru and of course they messed up the order. We spent almost 40 dollars and still didn’t get what we order plus being out of product which they should of said when answering the headset. I’ve been in the food business to long to know you let customers know when they are out of a product. Will not be going back to this Arby’s again
