I would like to see individual prices on my receipt. No potato cakes, fries were cold and soggy. I had 2 French dips, 1 order fries, 1 order curly fries and my bill was $18.14!! Note on drive through said this store #5134 was not a participating location for emailed coupon. Sign on window said ‘drive through’ only. Also orders cannot be changed at the window, and excessive sauce will be a surcharge. Evidently this Arby’s does not want my business any longer.

They charged me for more than I ordered and when I showed them the receipt and asked them to charge me the correct ammount they said “We have a new employee on the drive through, you should just cut him some slack.” Then they refused to correct their mistake saying “There’s nothing we can do.” I can live with a them making a mistake but acknowledging that you made a mistake and also refusing to fix it is the rudest experience I have ever come across at any restraunt.
