Shrinkflation is strong with this one. I ordered a large lemonade with my meal only to find out the large cup is now the medium cup. No warning or indication to reflect the change. Worst of all, the cup was filled to the top with ice so I only got about 6 oz of actual lemonade.

50 in a bottle
For the good, turkey gyro was very good. The not so good, the floor was sticky and my shoes kept sticking to the floor. Soda fountain area had straw papers and wrappers all around it. Soda fountain dispensed Soda in bursts. Table was not clean. I haven’t been to an Arby’s in a very long time and this did not make me want to change that one bit. It really was not an issue with the food just the overall cleanliness of the place.

Clean restroom and dining area. Unfortunately I ordered 3 sandwiches to go and instead of the Greek gyro, I received a French dip and Swiss, with no juice. I live 20 miles away so couldn’t just go back.

This is the second time I have ordered food from this establishment and it has been messed up both times. This time I placed the order online and they still could not pull it off . At the very least you should make sure the order is correct with all these prices going up including your menu!!!!

Arbys is usually a treat when I go as I always get the same thing regular roast beef with swiss heated, curly fries and a drink. This time I added small mozzarella sticks. They ask do u want any sauce. I said yes arbys sauce as I don’t eat marinara. I like arby sauce on fries and mozzarella sticks. These guys gave 1 packet. I get back home and can’t believe the craziness of this 1 packet stuff. So, I call and ask if this is general practice of being stingy with sauce when this meal was almost $15 for 1 person. Not that I can finish it all. But still. The guy that answered was very rude in his answers of saying, “well ma’am you can always ask for more”. Something I’m well aware of had I knew that’s what I needed to do with these clever customer service experienced people. Anyone with any common sense would ask ma’am it’s our suggested way of giving 1 per customer but how many would you like? I would’ve said 3-4 would be great. Second of all I’m in a drive thru and don’t wanna have to look thru bag to see sauce. But maybe I have to do ur work just like self check out at Walmart.

ARBY’S IN REPUBLIC HAS BEEN TOP NOTCH WITH THEIR BEEF, CURLY FRIES. Most of the time I eat around meal time, so the food has been hot and fresh consistent. Today at 3 was extremely dissapointing, the fish sandwich was about as thin as you could cut, the condaments other than lettuce was short of nonexistent and the curlys were scrapping the bottom of the barrel. One star for today’s meal would be to generious.
