Store closes at 11. I pulled up at 10:20. First thing they tell me is that they’re out of roast beef (doubt). I ask for the brisket sandwich instead. I see the cook throw their hands up in frustration at having to do their job forty minutes before close. I pull up to the window to pay and ask why the cook is so upset. Cashier says that I ruined their night by ordering.

Saw the commercial for the Big Kahuna sandwich and I had to try it. It was worth every penny! Ham and brisket on a chicken sandwich is great but the sauce and the Hawaiian roll bun puts it over the top!

My husband and I stopped in Arbys for one of their Rib eye Gallic sandwiches. Worse money we have ever spent! No garlic taste, rub eye tasted like roast beef that was over cooked and no onion rings in the sandwich. My advise, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Definitely NOT with the cost.

Had to give it a 1 but really wanted to give it a big fat 0! ON 02/26/23 there was a black Manager on duty when my elderly parents visited. They had just driven back from out of state funeral and went to this Arby’s because they had gotten great local service there. The manager spoke very rudely to my parents and when my mother asked for the manager, she refused and sent some young kid to repair her rudeness. Once my mother voiced her concern about the poor service this Manager didn’t even apologize but instead snickered and thought her behavior appropriate and kept telling my parents that they were out of everything without offering any options! Totally Unacceptable! Why are people like this promoted as leaders, when they behave and speak so poorly? Atrocious! If you want better service in Lansing, do go to this Arby’s

Time and again I try. Very friendly service, but for $28, my order was missing 2 of 8 of my jalapeño poppers, missing 1 of 2 large fries, and my sweet tea was unsweet tea. Why do I go back? Every time I go there they screw up my order.

I saw a commercial for loaded Mac and cheese, so that’s what I went for. It was ok. Believe it was microwaved, because temp varied in different locations in the bowl. Probably worth the $5.

Myself and a friend went to Arbys today. He went to the counter to place his order and I went to the restroom. The restroom was filthy. The trash can was overflowing. There was trash on top of the urinal. The sink was a disaster. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned for a very long time. So I went to the counter and got the employee’s attention and told her about the restroom. She looked at me then just looked down. I asked her if she heard me. She said she had. I stated that you didn’t acknowledge me. And I stated that because in one ear she had the drive through headset and in her other ear she had an ear bud. So I wasn’t sure if she could hear me or not. She then tells me, “I looked at you and that is an acknowledgment.” Then she said that she was concentrating on getting her drawers counted so she could go home.
