The Ruben I order was cold, I brought it to there attention, they took it and slammed into the trash and guy on the grill made a comment that he just heated it up how could it be cold. I said the meat was warm and the kraft was like it just came out of the fridge.

THIS IS NOT TO HATE ON ARBYS, BUT THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. They refuse to take care of their location, the building is dirty and the bathrooms are unusable. The staff simply don’t care about their job or your food. Avoid this location.

They had big signs that said dining room open, and when I got out, I go to go in and, no dining room. While I was walking up to go in others pulled into the drive thru. As I am waiting on my order at the window an old man walks up to the window because his order was wrong. Honestly, this was all around a terrible experience. Long wait, can’t get orders right, food was no good, workers were unfriendly.
