My husband and I were splitting a double Arby’s roast beef sandwich and curly fries. The employee cut the sandwich in half for us! That is great service. The sandwich and fries were hot and fresh!

The food was mediocre at best. They did get my modifications correct but the lettus was brown and the food looked like they just threw it together. It took over 10 min of waiting out front after placing our order to get it. While waiting I went to use the restroom and it was HORRIBLE. The floor was sticky there was something smeared all over the toilet seat and it smelt funny. I have honestly used backwoods gas stations that were cleaner than this one.

Terrible store. Crazy slow drive-thru… Employee definitely not happy to be there. Cashier didn’t say a single word the whole time I was at the window took my card handed me my food and she didn’t say boo when I left. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Arby’s last one I went to was on Johnson drive that one was fine I would not go to this one and it didn’t look especially clean from what I could see through the window

This is my go to Arby’s after I drag my poor kids through the thrift store for new clothes or Joanns and we are starving! They get my order right tell me about the specials and the fries are always hot and fresh even though I come at after the lunch rush . I just wish they didn’t downsize their drinks from a large being 32oz is now a 20 oz cup. I get so thirsty especially in the summer!

The girl that was on the speaker couldn’t hardly speak properly. When I said pardon me because I didn’t understand what she said, she delayed her response and told me the total. At the window very uninterested, and no personality. Got my french dip and didn’t get the au jus. Probably won’t be back.

Go to another Arby’s. They can’t get an order right even when there’s no one else waiting for food. Tonight I ordered food, (no one else in line or in the restaurant) told them what sauce I wanted, and drive home. Just before getting home I noticed there was no sauce! So I drive all the way back, got sauce, drive home. Then when I got home, guess what? The order was COMPLETELY WRONG. I’m too tired to drive back there AGAIN, so I’m stuck eating food I didn’t want.

The Arby’s on shawnee mission parkway on Shawnee has a sprinkler system that shoots water straight up and waters the pavement. It also waters your car and you when you are trying to pick up your food. Everything else was great but something needs to be done about the sprinkler.

Never go anywhere besides Chic fil a but thought I’d give it a try again..trash..lady was rude..got a simple kids meal and fries were half burnt and oversalted. They have to know why they are being phased out! Won’t be back!!
