So my husband’s meal was supposed to be a half-pound roast beef meal with regular French fries. You can see it was not rung in the right size meal, the fries were rung up correctly, but he received curly fries. I ordered the half-pound roast beef and Cheddar meal. My fries had a burnt taste to them. I mean if they can’t read a ticket correctly and make the right food, and if the order taker cannot get the order rung in right then they need to be retrained.

went to the drive through and bought 2 #1 meals and made them doubles and had the strawberry and peach lemonade as the drinks and the order was rung in wrong. they charged us over thirty dollars for the sandwiches the two fries and two tiny little lemonades. the order taker needs to be taught how to ring in combo meals.

I’m so embarrassed I brag about these cookies all the time and they are truly some of the best cookies salted caramel chocolate chip cookies. The guy at the register said we’ll make sure you have fresh cookies not the ones in the case. When I got home 5 min away.. they were burnt dried up chocolate chips that’s how burnt the cookies were. I can’t believe you actually served this to someone!!!! Very bad business!!!! Maybe 1 maybe but all 4.. Really none!!!!

Save yourself a trip and some $$$. There isn’t a single competent person in this damn place. Missed out on dinner and lost my $$$ because of incompetence. Manager didn’t make things right, just refunded me for a single sandwich that THEY didn’t put in my bag with the rest of my stuff. Missed out on dinner with my family and wasted 30 mins getting a refund. At least when McDonald’s screws up your order, you get a free drink or a steep coupon for the next order. Arby’s just says “oop, my bad” and goes about their business.

Went drive through. Was greeted very polite, almost scared me it seems greetings are a thing of the past. Took my order, he double checked accuracy. Short wait while they tell me my sandwhich is being made freshly, which I hope is what happens. Very pleasant experience. I got the 2 for 7 French dip subs.

Avoid this place, absolutely horrible service the food was cold as I was leaving the drive through and the soda was flat. I went in to return the food and noticed it is pretty dirty too. I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through and there was only one car ahead of me. I looked inside and saw 3 people just standing there.

Went thru drive-thru ordered two number 1’s total was over $20… Both order of large Curly fries were just leftover end pieces… didn’t find not 1 actual Curly fry…Roast beef and cheddars were good but kinda hurt to mess those up… bun, nacho chz, and roast beef… prices are too high to not include drinks or not to get food made to order… but drive thru lady was nice…
